This article is about student named Amanda Tatro who attends the University of Minnesota. She got in trouble for posting some threats on her Facebook page that resulted in her failing the class and forced to take a psychiatric exam. The university is trying to argue that this doesn't fall under freedom of speech and the supreme court accepted it, but lawyers are trying to convince the judges that it does.
